The Round Up
Being a regular user of Northam Burrows throughout the year, I must say this last visit has been the most exhilarating to date. A mixture of physical exercise, sense of history and the variants of nature made this experience very special.
I would like to thank the Trail Historian and Lead Ranger for their informative verbal insights and photographs of the Coastal Defences and Invasion training on the Burrows during WWII.
I would also offer my thanks to Ranger Rosie, for her care on the walk and her prompt email response.
Special thanks go to my fellow Trail Walkers, who chatted to me during the walk and assisted with my loyal mutt Gypsy, when scrabbling up and down the rocks and dunes. It was most appreciated. Thank you, one and all, for a great afternoon.

A wonder walk at anytime of the year.
